These terms of service govern the use of the Online-Menu.ch platform. By registering and using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Online-Menu.ch provides a digital QR menu platform for restaurants and hospitality businesses. The service enables creating, managing, and sharing digital menus via QR codes.

3. Pricing and Usage

Basic use of the platform is free. The following conditions apply:

• Setup and basic use of the platform is free
• Beyond 3000 menu views per month a fee may be charged, but only after prior agreement with you
• There is currently no paid plan. If one is introduced, we announce it at least 3 months in advance

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all entered data and information
• Compliance with copyright for uploaded images and content
• Correct specification of allergens and ingredients
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your industry

5. Content and Copyright

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading, you grant Online-Menu.ch the right to display this content within the service. You guarantee that you have the necessary rights to all uploaded materials.

6. Data Protection

We handle your data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws. Your data will only be used to provide the service and will not be sold to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Online-Menu.ch is not liable for damages caused by incorrect user information. We strive for high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations of these terms. Operation of the platform is not guaranteed indefinitely: we may discontinue the service in whole or in part. A planned discontinuation is announced at least 3 months in advance, so that you can set your menu up elsewhere. For interruptions due to technical, legal or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we inform you as early as possible.

10. Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Online-Menu.ch in Switzerland.
